Yeah, quite real though, the golden string represents the single chromosome, the pink strings represent plasmids (which are smaller than chromosomes), the black string represents a messenger RNA, the green structures above and below the mRNA are ribosomes (in charge of protein synthesis), The black hexagons, represent a very particular structure, magnetosomes, which are used to maintain the bacterium aligned with the magnetic field of earth in diverse environments. Finally, the black flagella... well are the flagella. This looks fine, but most important, it tries to provide an easy way for the students to learn cell structure and function. I'll be adding more complex structures, such as carboxysomes, gas vesicles, and crystal deposits of phosphate, glycogen, and more stuff like capsules, pili, and cell membranes.
